1. Define your product spec first
Before contacting a factory, decide the material, size, colour and packaging you want. The more specific your brief, the faster the quote and the fewer surprises later.
2. Understand MOQ and sampling
Standard MOQ is 500 pcs per design. Samples are the cheapest insurance you can buy: stock samples ship in 1–3 days, custom samples take 3–7 days. Always approve a physical sample before mass production.
3. Customisation options
Logo methods include laser engraving, pad/screen printing and embossing; packaging ranges from kraft boxes and velvet pouches to rigid gift boxes with hang cards. Pantone colour matching is available.
4. Quality control
Every batch passes incoming material control, in-line inspection and final AQL inspection. Ask for material test reports and factory audit documents.
5. Shipping and documents
We support FOB, CIF, DDP and express door-to-door. Typical production lead time is 20–35 days; express takes 3–7 days to most destinations. Request commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin with your order.
