What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 500 pcs per design. We also accept trial orders and mixed-item containers — please talk to our sales team about your quantities.
How long does it take to receive samples?
Stock samples ship within 1–3 days; custom samples take 3–7 days depending on tooling and materials.
Can I customize the logo, color and packaging?
Yes. We offer laser engraving, pad/screen printing, embossing, woven labels and fully custom retail boxes. Pantone color matching and custom materials are also available.
How do you ship and what are the delivery times?
We ship by sea, air and express (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Production lead time is 20–35 days for mass orders; express shipping to most countries takes 3–7 days.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T, PayPal, Western Union and L/C. For new customers, a 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment is typical.
Do you provide quality certifications?
Material test reports and factory audit documents are available on request. Every batch passes IQC, in-line and final AQL inspection.
